We gave the Settings interface a big makeover.
We added a setting to Auto Approve Requests when they are saved.
We added two settings to Invoices: one to suppress notifications about fully billed phases and one to suppress notifications about available funds.
We also addressed a couple of minor bugs that were brought to our attention.
