17 March 2024 | We spent the last few weeks updating all the popup windows you interact with. It was a ton of work, so it has been a while since our last release. Please let us know your thoughts about the look and feel. Added user specific column sets so each user session will begin with the column set they were last viewing. Added a new download for Request Lines.

17 March 2024 | We gave the Settings interface a big makeover. We added a setting to Auto Approve Requests when they are saved. We added two settings to Invoices: one to suppress notifications about fully billed phases and one to suppress notifications about available funds. We also addressed a couple of minor bugs that were brought to our attention.

Fixed Limited User Launch Issue

We did some renaming of items in the system. This included the target page that limited users land on when the system launches. So in an emergency patch that we pushed first thing Monday to fix this issue, we had a typo calling it the Detial Time Grid rather than the correct name of Detail Time Grid. One more interruption for users and a fresh push and limited users were finally able to log in.

27 January 2024 | We updated how record IDs are created when duplicating proposals and projects. If a record was a duplicate, of a duplicate, of a duplicate, of a duplicate, there was an issue with the ID exceeding the size limitation. We fixed a printing issue on time sheets where some of the footer labels were not visible.

22 December 2023 | To save space in the navigation bar, we made Labor and Time mutually exclusive since they are basically the same thing. Labor exposes costs where Time does not. 12 August 2023 | We updated the methodology behind calculating the Prior Amount for Fixed Fee Invoice Line Items. We look at the Date and Time (using the time of day is new) that the Invoice record was created and add everything with an earlier Date and Time stamp. 6 July 2023 | We fixed the Labor Report printing issue introduced in the last release. Things should be readable. When pushing records to QuickBooks, we added a filter that removes illegal characters from the names of companies and contracts.

Mobile Access: Time and Expenses in your pocket. Simply use the browser on your smartphone and log in as you normally would. We built a custom interface just for mobile devices. Staff Sort By: You can now enter a Sort By values that will be used when running reports sorted by staff. This is where you could enter their name as Last, First to have the report sorted by last name. This has replaced the former field know as Formal Name which was never used in the system.

Invoices now have Addons. This allows you to invoice for anything you like such as interest. Invoices now have Discounts available. This is done without having to set up a special phase. Project Phases now can be set up as NTE (Not To Exceed) for Hourly and Cost Plus formats. If you use the Rocket Billing and your amounts billed exceed your NTE limit, a discount will automatically be applied. Fixed the bug that was causing the spinning wheel of death when adding time slips - whew.
