QuickBooks Online Changes - We all know that Intuit has changed how Jobs now function as Sub-Customers. We are also aware of the issues this causes when receiving a payment applied across invoices from different projects.
So we made a change. Projects will no longer be pushed to QBO. Only your Clients will push over as Customers. All invoices will be directly related to the Client/Customer. This will facilitate the pushing of income regardless of the number of invoices it has been applied to.
It will also accommodate Thrid Party Billings! This will not affect your existing invoices that have already been pushed. This will take effect going forward. Though we did not test this directly, if you re-push any existing open invoices, they should be updated and moved to the QB Customer from the Sub-Customer.
